Power-Pop Sucker Diet

Breakfast

Take one Power-Pop with 250mls glass of water 30 minutes before eating.

Have a well balanced meal that includes fresh fruits.

Lunch

 

Take one Power-Pop with 250mls glass of water 30 minutes before eating.

Have a well balanced meal that includes protein, vegetables and complex carbohydrates.

Dinner

Take one Power-Pop with 250mls glass of water 30 minutes before eating.

Have a well balanced meal that includes protein and vegetables.

Avoid carbohydrates in the evening and do not eat for three hours before you go to sleep.

 

NOTE : To enhance results, have a glass of water before and after each Power-Pop!!!!!
